This website is owned and operated by Bondstreet All of the material featured or displayed on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations and software (“Content”) are owned by Bondstreet. None of the Content on this website may be used for any purpose other than for previewing the stock footage for potential purchase. No portion of this website or its Content may be copied or retransmitted via any means.

The purchase of Bondstreet licensed stock footage, CDs or videotapes entitles you to one royalty-free non-exclusive license to use the stock footage which you purchase (“the Product”), in accordance with this Terms and Conditions and License Agreement. Upon purchasing the Product, you are licensed to copy, use, reproduce, and distribute the Product in any medium, computer programs, or presentations. You may include the images on this Product in materials you sell, as long as the resale imposes the same restriction on use as are contained herein and prohibit the purchaser from resale or use of the images in any other application. You may not sublicense, assign, lease or sell the Product or any of the images on the Product. The images on the Product may not be shared by creating a database, disc library, image storage jukebox, network configuration or similar arrangement.

Purchase of this Product described on this website constitutes a license for use only as described in this Agreement and does not constitute ownership of the Product. BondStreet retains title to the images, as well as the copyright to the Product. You may not use the images in any manner that is in violation of BondStreet’s copyright, or that is pornographic, defamatory, or libelous.

The Product is licensed only to you, or your employer if you are licensing on behalf of your employer. However, this Agreement and the license to use the Product may be transferred to another person or legal entity if the following conditions are met: you or your employer, if you are licensing on behalf of your employer, (i) transfer the Product without keeping or storing any copy, (ii) do not to utilize the Product in the future in any manner, (iii) transfer this physical Agreement to the transferee; and (iv) the transferee agrees to be bound by the terms hereof. The license contained in this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if you or your employer fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you and your employer must immediately (i) stop using the Product, (ii) return the Product and all copies of it to Licensor, and (iii) delete the Product and all copies from all media and destroy all other copies, or upon request of Licensor, return all such copies to Licensor.

BondStreet warrants that the media on which the Product you are purchasing is located will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery. In the event the media is defective, BondStreet will, at its discretion, replace the Product or refund the purchase price. Any implied warranty on the media is limited to 90 days. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED. BondStreet is not liable to you or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES arising out of the use of or inability to use the Product.

You shall indemnify BondStreet against any losses, expenses, cost or damages incurred by BondStreet on a result of your breach of the terms of this Agreement or your unauthorized use of the Content. BondStreet makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, correctness or reliability of the Content or of this website. You must make your own determination as to the suitability of the Product for your purposes prior to use. BondStreet makes no representation or warranty as to the suitability of the Product for your intended use. BondStreet reserves the right, without notice, to make changes in the content of the Product. BondStreet makes no warranty or representation as to the links contained in the website and is not responsible for any Content contained on such websites.

THIS WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, AND THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND BONDSTREET EXCLUDES ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE.
